Launching a second governed site in under one hour

The second site is the real scalability test. A template that only works once is a custom project with better packaging.

For Weppa Sites, the repeat path starts from the same manifest, certified blocks, theme tokens, and local quality gates. Operators should only supply the new site identity, content set, canonical URL, and approval context. The Control Plane should create the operation run, build the preview, collect evidence, and keep rollback available before any public change is made.

The goal is not speed by skipping checks. The goal is speed because the checks are productized.
